Biographical Sketch

Dr. CP David is currently the Executive Director of DOST-PCIEERD. He is a licensed geologist and professor in UP Diliman having obtained his PhD in Environmental Science and Geology from Stanford University in 2003 . A project leader of the DOST’s Project NOAH, Dr. David pioneers short term rainfall forecasting in the country and climate change-related research on water resources. Dr. David is also a member of the Panel of Experts (PoE) of the Climate Change Commission.
