ABSTRACT

This report presents the findings of a baseline study conducted for the ENABLED Project, an initiative developed to promote disability-inclusive disaster risk reduction in selected communities in the Municipality of Tabogon in Northern Cebu, Philippines in the aftermath of typhoon Haiyan.
