A.H.A: Agap, Handa, Aksiyon..Panahon Na! (Anticipate. Prepare. Act…The Time is Now!)

Agap, Handa, Aksiyon (A.H.A) (Anticipate, Prepare, Act) is a Performative Social Experiment. This means it combines performance (such as song, dance, or drama) with an experimental approach that seeks to answer the question: How much are you willing to invest, commit, and prepare to address food and nutrition challenges brought by climate change?

This serves as an open call to submit idea pitches related to food, nutrition, and climate change. Five pitches will be selected to undergo a series of workshops for ideation and collaborative development.

The culminating activity will be “Ang  Handaan Bukas: Performative Social Experiment on Food and Nutrition Concerns for Climate Change” — a performance showcase and learning event on June 24- 25, 2025, at the Parola Gallery, UP College of Fine Arts.

This is a project of the UP Resilience Institute – Research and Creative Work Division (UP RI-RCW), in collaboration with the Center for Climate and Health global Research on Disasters (CORD), Tufts University, with support from the Philippine Academic Society for Climate and Disaster Resilience (PASCDR) and the College of Arts and Letters, UP Diliman
