Last February 15, in a planning held at the DILC Building, UP Diliman, headed by the National Service Training Program-National Service Reserve Corps (NSTP-NSRC) Diliman Office and in collaboration with UP Resilience Institute’s Research and Creative Work (RCW) Division, Institution Building (IB) Division, and Knowledge Sharing (KS) Division, the bigger picture of a Diliman-wide leadership training for disaster management was moved to the fore. Included in the planning committee are Mr. Sergio Linga and Ms. Melody Villegas from Barangay UP Campus; Ms. Gellie Ann Flores from UP Public Safety and Security Office, and Mr. Ariel Manoos from the UP Human Resource Development Office.
