The conference, entitled “From Discourses to Actions: Mobilizing the Academe for Disaster Risk Reduction and Climate Change Adaptation and Mitigation,” will take place on October 25 to 27 at the Atencio-Libunao Hall, UP Diliman, Quezon City.
